ラークのメキシカンチョコレートクッキー

The cinnamon and cayenne balance perfectly with the rich chocolate—not too spicy, just a warm finish. I’ve already bought three more boxes for my coworkers.

I was skeptical about the spicy kick, but the cayenne warms up the rich chocolate nicely without overpowering it. The texture is soft and fudgy, just like a brownie in cookie form. Definitely hits the spot for an afternoon treat.
