Kippen Noedelsoep

I was craving something hearty but quick, and this broth mix delivered perfectly—the freeze dried vegetables actually rehydrate into tender chunks, not mush. A single bowl felt like a real meal thanks to those thick Amish noodles.

Those Amish noodles are seriously thick and hearty, not like the mushy ones in other mixes. The clear broth has a nice, natural chicken flavor without being too salty. A bowl of this hits the spot when I want something comforting but don't feel like cooking from scratch.

I was pleasantly surprised how quick this soup came together—the thick handmade Amish noodles are the real deal. The clear broth has a nice natural flavor, and the freeze dried vegetables rehydrated perfectly without getting mushy.
