The brown butter aroma hits you right when you open the package, and it's even richer than I expected. I just wish the cookie itself were a little thicker for more chewiness.

The toasted almonds give it a nice crunch against that rich, golden cookie, and the brown butter smell really comes through before you even bite in. Wish the vanilla bean flavor was a bit more pronounced, but the honeyed sweetness keeps it interesting.
