Steamed some milk into this for a lavender London fog after dinner last night, and the bergamot comes through just right without being sharp. Even the dry leaves smell incredible — that orange peel really rounds it out.

I love that the blue lavender flowers actually bloom in the hot water, making it feel fancy even on a Tuesday. The bergamot is gentler than traditional Earl Grey, which is perfect for afternoon sipping without any bitterness.

Made a cup with steamed milk this morning and it was the perfect cozy drink — the lavender is subtle, not perfume-like. I like that it’s a softer bergamot compared to regular Earl Grey. Definitely restocking this one.
