I was worried they’d be too tough, but these citrus wheels are perfectly chewy and add such a bright pop of flavor to my gin and tonics. Each slice has that intense, concentrated citrus taste that really elevates the drink.

The color on these citrus wheels is gorgeous — they make any cocktail look like it came from a fancy bar. I love how the dehydrated slices keep their bright orange hue and add just a hint of zest to my drinks.

I tossed a few of these orange wheels into my gin and tonic and the flavor actually came through, not just the looks. The dehydrated texture holds up without getting soggy.
