薰衣草薄荷茶

I brew a cup right before bed and the licorice root really does smooth out the whole sip, making the sage and lavender feel extra calming. It's become my wind-down ritual and the scent alone tuns my whole kitchen into a mini spa.

The peppermint and lavender combo is so calming, especially when I'm winding down after work. I love that the sage gives it a slightly earthy edge instead of just being sweet.

The licorice root really rounds out the peppermint and sage, making it taste like a proper spa treatment in a mug. I've been sipping it every evening after dinner and the calming lavender comes through without being too floral.
